SMS Terms

Last updated August 29, 2026.

Program description

When you request a bill review or book an appointment with JAINT LLC, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide about your request: appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule links, and replies to questions you send us. If you separately consent to marketing messages, we may also text you about AT&T business products and offers.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Appointment-related messages are typically 3–6 messages per booking. If you opted in to marketing messages, frequency depends on what we have to share, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, including emailing admin@jaintllc.com.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, email admin@jaintllc.com, or call (561) 820-6216 (8am–8pm ET, 7 days a week).

Privacy

Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
