Who we are

JAINT LLC (“we,” “us”) is an independent AT&T Authorized Retailer. This website is not owned or operated by AT&T. Contact: admin@jaintllc.com, (561) 820-6216, Boynton Beach, FL.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, mobile number, email, business ZIP code, current providers, line count and monthly bill range when you request a bill review; appointment details when you book; and anything you send us by text, email or phone, including photos of bills.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM parameters and click identifiers such as fbclid and gclid), and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To schedule and conduct your bill review, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up on your request.
  • To prepare AT&T Business quotes and orders with your authorization.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • To send marketing messages if you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run our business, including GoHighLevel (customer relationship management, scheduling, messaging), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Analytics. We share order information with AT&T when you become an AT&T customer. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising and to show ads to people who visited this site; under some state privacy laws this is considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out below. We do not sell personal information. Mobile opt-in information (phone numbers collected for text messaging) will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your choices

  • Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email admin@jaintllc.com with the subject “Do not share,” or turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which this site honors by disabling advertising pixels.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
  • Access, correction or deletion: email admin@jaintllc.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is completely secure.

Children

This site is for business customers and is not directed to children under 16.
