How we work
The same three steps for every customer
Book your free bill review
Tell us about your business, your locations and what’s not working. A recent bill helps (a photo is fine), but isn’t required.
We check and compare
We confirm fiber and 5G availability at your address, size the right wireless plan for your team, and put your options next to what you pay today.
We handle the setup
Ordering, install scheduling, number transfers and device setup, with one point of contact. You get a written “what changes and when” before anything moves.
Straight answers
How we’re paid, and what we are not
AT&T pays us when you become an AT&T Business customer through us. You pay AT&T’s published rates and promotions; we do not add a fee, and working with us does not take away any offer you’d be eligible for directly. [Confirm this wording against your dealer agreement.]
We are not AT&T. We can’t change AT&T’s prices or policies, and AT&T’s business support team handles the network. What we can do is coordinate, escalate and explain, and we do that for as long as you’re a customer.
